At Jonas Expeditions, customer satisfaction matters to us. We are a small independently operated brand, and we truly appreciate every person who supports our merchandise and vision.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.

For our launch period, Jonas Expeditions currently offers:

  • Full refunds on eligible returns
  • Return shipping covered by us
  • Exchanges for sizing or product concerns when available

Items should be returned in reasonably unused condition unless there is a defect or printing issue.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
